The upper floor can be reached via a fixed staircase, here you will find a second bedroom. Access for guests Our house is a 1 under 3 hood. You have the entire house for yourself. This has its own balcony and terrace. The rest of the garden&pool are shared.

Dobar dan, We are Orson&Ramiz, Recently living in beautiful Croatia. We bought this house a few years ago as a holiday home for ourselves. We ourselves enjoyed the tranquility around our house. Waking up in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee, a warm roll from the fresh bakery around the corner. Take a dip in the pool, and then you are ready for this beautiful new day. Since our emigration to Croatia last October, we have decided to rent it out now. We already have some experience with rental, so we know how nice it is to get in touch with different people. To give people tips & tricks, so that the stay only becomes more beautiful. You may have noticed by now that we are also very enterprising when it comes to traveling and discovering. We have been coming to Croatia in the Kvarner region for over 20 years. Because we are so adventurous, we know and know a lot about the Kvarner bay & Istria. You may be wondering now how come we moved here, We used to have in the Netherlands just, My husband is 100% Dutch and I myself am 1/2 Dutch & 1/2 Croatian. Perhaps precisely because we are a mixed relationship, that we have a slightly different approach and way of thinking. We think this is great, because mixing cultures and customs is fun. You will find the bakery within 50 meters, cafe at 100 meters, supermarket at 400 meters, 2 restaurants 500 meters away Vrh is located just outside the town of Krk, which has the advantage that it is a lot quieter and more pleasant than the busier town of Krk. Vrh is centrally located on the island and therefore easy to reach all other villages. Transport options Our house is just outside Krk city, which means that most of it is covered by car. Bicycles/scooters could also be rented.
